Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is the synonym/chemical name of Parabolan.
Parabolan is one of three forms of Trenbolone with a specific ester attached:
Trenbolone is a veterinary-grade anabolic steroid synthetically designed to increase feed efficiency in cattle.
It is not meant for human consumption. However, Parabolan was manufactured for pharmaceutical use in France in the late 1960s.
As a contender for the treatment of wasting caused by malnutrition, it was only used for a very brief period of time before it was completely discontinued in the late 1990s due to fewer benefits than risks of use.
Today, Trenbolone acetate is about the closest form of Trenbolone that a user can come to Parabolan, known as one of the most potent anabolic-androgenic steroids ever created – to date. It’s mainly used during cutting phases.
Bodybuilding websites often promote Parabolan as a “must-have” drug for competitive bodybuilders, but it’s also used for bulking or muscle growth efforts.
It’s extremely high in anabolic nature, translating to muscle growth and strengthening, especially when combined not only with other steroids like testosterone, but other drugs that are used to help reduce some of the most prevalent side effects associated with use of anabolic-androgenic steroids.
Side effects associated with any form of Trenbolone are very real.
Bodybuilders often use keywords such as “when used responsibly”, or predisposition” when claiming that side effects are over-emphasized when it comes to prevalence or likelihood.
But even small amounts of Trenbolone, or any veterinary grade steroid for that matter used by humans has the potential to cause very real adverse reactions in the human body.
Parabolan is no longer manufactured by any legal or reputable pharmaceutical company in the world, although underground labs and black marketers will often claim to have Parabolan for sale, in which case a buyer will end up with a counterfeit product.
In original form, Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate (Parabolan) was sold in glass ampules that contained approximately 1.5 mL, which in turn contained approximately 76 mg trenbolone.
This dosage of Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is believed to have been equal to approximately 50 mg of Trenbolone base all by itself.
Parabolan was discontinued for a reason.
Known by other names including the veterinary brand Finaplix S or H (for steers or heifers respectively) Trenbolone acetate, Trenbolone enanthate, and Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate (Parabolan) is often known by the nickname Super Tren or Tren Hex.
The ester (hexahydrobenzylcarbonate) is long-lasting: up to two weeks for some.
Parabolan and other forms of Trenbolone have the reputation of providing very strong anabolic effects with no aromatization, which defines the conversion of testosterone into the estrogen by the human body.
The most common estrogenic side effects linked to anabolic-androgenic steroids include water retention and the dreaded gynecomastia.
However, potential users of any form of Trenbolone should know that genetics can also have an influence on how the body reacts to any drug.
The caveat when it comes to Trenbolone is that it may not encourage aromatization, estrogen-like side effects can occur in individuals with higher levels of estrogen, often caused by high levels of testosterone.

Women using any form of Trenbolone increase their risk of virilization or masculinizing side effects such as abnormal growth of facial or body hair, an enlarged clitoris, a deeper voice, and development or worsening of acne.
The long half-life of Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate (Parabolan) contributes to a long-term effect that can be quite difficult to get under control.
