Though it’s prescription-only, it’s relatively available for individuals willing to take a risk to order it online or from foreign resources, but what about Dianabol bodybuilding results?
Are they worth the risk?
Before using, do what you can to use the steroid as safely as possible.
Recent research has reported that even short-term use can cause long-term side effects. [

Most of us equate the use of anabolic androgenic steroids to bodybuilding efforts; bigger, larger, stronger muscles, and a leaner physique.
But are these results average or do they depend on numerous factors including age, body composition, exercise routines, and genetics?
Before thinking than an anabolic androgenic steroid is going to transform your body, be aware that Dianabol bodybuilding results differ for every individual.
First, a few basics. Dianabol is known by a variety of names. A few of the most common include methyltestosterone, but it’s also known as methandienone and metandienone in countries around the world.
In the bodybuilding world people refer to it as “dbol”.
As a synthetic variation of testosterone, Dianabol, like many other anabolic androgenic steroids, has been modified to preserve its tissue-building or anabolic characteristics while reducing or at least attempting to modify the androgenic properties of the drug.
Androgenic properties trigger masculinization that enhances masculinizing effects – bigger muscles, deeper voice, facial and body hair growth, and so forth.
In most places around the world, Dianabol is available as an oral tablet, but it can – and is – often used in injectable form, either purchased or modified from veterinary injection solutions.
In oral form, it’s typically found in 2.5 mg or 5 mg tablets. In some countries, 10 mg tablets are also available. The injection form of Dianabol usually comes in 25 mg/ml preparations.
Most bodybuilders aren’t particularly interested in the molecular structure or characteristics of steroids, nor in regard to the placement of atoms, single or double bonds, or carbon groups and alpha (?) or beta (?) positions.
What they want to know is whether it works. Dianabol doesn’t promote extremely potent androgenic effects such as testosterone because its molecular structure has been modified. This doesn’t mean a person won’t experience results from use.
However, there’s a reason why “results may vary” is often seen on package and product labels when it comes to efficacy.
When looking for dosage recommendations for effective Dianabol bodybuilding results, take the time to research.
Bodybuilding websites often recommend different milligram strength dosage depending whether a person is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced user of anabolic androgenic steroids.
When comparing these dosage recommendations for cycling, stacking, or for use alone, always be aware of the potential for side effects.
When it comes to recommendations for Dianabol dosage for men, the average is 5 mg to 30 mg daily for six to eight weeks, followed by a rest period or discontinuation for an equal number of weeks.
This cycling is relatively common. It’s always recommended that a beginner start at the lowest dosage possible to gauge how the body reacts to it.
Women don’t tend to use Dianabol because of its potential to promote virilization, meaning male-related characteristics including growth of hair on the face or body, a deeper voice, and irregularities in menstrual cycles.
Nevertheless, some women do risk taking the drug at relatively low doses of anywhere between 2.5 mg and 5 mg to promote muscle growth. Anything over that tends to increase the potential for androgen related side effects.
It’s no secret the bodybuilders often scoff at or downplay the potential risk of steroid side effects, adverse reactions, and potential organ damage, but scientific research, reports, and case studies have indicated that the potential for serious organ damage is possible, even at lower doses.
Such side effects and adverse reactions can interfere with the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal-axis of male rats, affecting numerous hormone levels including testosterone, luteinizing hormone, insulin like growth factor, and prolactin, to name a few.
This same study also engaged a handful of human volunteers with similar results.
Other side effects associated with Dianabol have been linked to hypertension and encephalopathy as well as acute myocardial infarction in a 27-year-old male bodybuilder.
That article (“Acute myocardial infarction in a young man who had been using androgenic anabolic steroids.“) reported that he had to undergo angioplasty with a stent inserted, along with intra-aortic balloon support.
He had been using androgenic-anabolic steroids for approximately ten years. The study also determined that steroids also have a negative impact on lipid levels, platelet hyperactivity, and vasoreactivity (contraction of blood vessels).
Before considering your Dianabol bodybuilding expectations, consider the potential for unexpected results.
Increasing numbers of bodybuilders and athletes are turning to steroid alternatives because the risk of serious organ damage is not worth the temporary increase in muscle mass, size, or strength.
